It is been 3 days and FBA LK1 is not dispatching the order. It is still showing as pending. We always handle and dispatch orders on time. LK1 delay dispatching orders saying that customer has not confirmed the payment and address issue etc. If the customer has ordered as "cash on delivery", will they have to confirm it again and again. Why they will confirm twice or thrice if they have already confirmed "cash on delivery"
