Amazon support completely oblivious to my issue
I sell an item in both a 5 pack and a 4 pack. Long story short, my 4 pack got mixed into my 5 pack inventory which was completely Amazons fault.
I asked for a BIN check(for the 5 pack), and you wouldn't believe the incompetence of seller support. They sent me pictures of my 4 pack unit with the FNSKU and item being completely wrong, proving my point, and stating:
"After a further investigation our internal team has determined the following:
No defect was found. Images attached.
Have a great day!"
What? They literally proved my point that they mixed my inventory and I'm taking a huge hit because I have received several one star reviews already. This alone can destroy my whole listing.
Mods PLEASE take a look at this and help me out. Best case scenario, I would want all the one star reviews removed, which I know will never happen.

Isn't it you who puts the FNSKU? Does the FNSKU on this product represent the 4-pack or the 5-pack?
