Refund to buyer has been approved by AMAZON

The buyer has asked for refund at amazon support team. They have responded & applied the refund. My concern is why amazon never verify such scenario with the seller. The shipment was running 1-2 days late. The buyer lodged a fake complaint & amazon support team approve the refund. Whereas the shipment got deliver soon after. The buyer neither returned the product nor I got the money. My products & income both are gone just because of such stupidity.

same has happened with our account. Amazon does not address such issues. they don't have product verification policy. even the support team does not know how to address such concerns.
