Units Lost During Warehouse Transfer

Amazon has lost 80 units during the warehouse transfer. However, in spite of the several followups along with supporting documents and warehouse transfer screen shots, Amazon still has not agreed to reimburse the cost of the lost units or even agree to accept the issue. In each of the followups, first Amazon came back with a response, " no inventory discrepancy found". However, after providing them with all the evidence along with detailed explanation, Amazon representative made a commitment to escalate the issue to the warehouse management team. However, the final outcome was always no response from the warehouse team or they simply combine the new case id to the already opened case id, the one that is pending for their feedback for the last several months.

god bless you . same happened to me .and eventually they recovered 80% of the lost units. rebursed me for the rest that never came back. I AM sure the staff at the warehouse did not do their job
