Amazon needs to take action on this loophole in their process. It is unfair for seller who are trying to build brands on Amazon. Amazon allows other sellers to map my branded listing which belong to me. This is incorrect, as I have not sold my branded product to that seller, then how can that seller sell products under my brand name. This results in loss of sale as well as brand value. As I sell premium high quality products under my branded listing, now a new seller comes maps my listing with extremely low price due to cheap quality product. This impacts my branded listing as the customer will not receive the product which is shown in the listing which directly impacts my brand image.
If Amazon is allowing seller to sell different brands, it is their responsibility to check from where the sellers have sourced the product. Now I have not sold my branded product to any seller it is impossible for them to get my product and resell it.

Hope when you say your Brand, it means that is TM registered and registered with Amazon Brand Registry.
If so, there are enough provision to report violation and remove such sellers from your listing.

If you happen to be the brand owner, and you see that it's being sold without your authorization to any entity you need to report this as a violation.

Even if you have brand registry this does not stop other sellers from selling your brand on the platform. You can file infringement claims but don't expect anything to come in your favor. This is a lengthy process.
As an alternative, you may want to enroll in the Amazon Transparency program. This will help you in removing unauthorized sellers from your products. Please go ahead and have a look at this program if this will fulfill your requirements.

Amazon creates this loophole intentionally because Amazon gets referrral fess both from you and other sellers , Amazon not cares whether the product sold by you else sold by another seller.
If you are brnad owner , obviously the listing creted by you , now chnage the listing quantity like 2000 or 5000 or chnage the image on the listing , now you can see the other sellers are ran away .. hope this helps.
