Variations Tab: Number of Items versus Quantity
Hello. I'm just a little confused about the Variations tab. I've had to delete my listing because I didn't think that my information was accurate on the Variations tab. What is the difference between the "Number of Items" and the "Quantity" when listing variations? For instance, I'm selling a t-shirt that comes in one color but 6 sizes. I'm selling 20 Small, 50 Medium, 75 Large, 102 X-large, 17 2X, and 5 3X. I'm really not understanding the distinction between the Number of Items and the Quantity. Please help. Thank you so much.

Hello @Seller_cdSJq23ImsbDd,
Michelle at Amazon here. I am sorry to hear that you had to delete your listing. Number of items would be the number of units that goes out to your customer, most of the time this would be one as this is a shirt. Quantity is the number of units you have for sales, so for the small, this would be 20, 50 for the medium etc.
I hope this information is helpful. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Regards,
Michelle
