Weight handling fee didn't reverse sometimes

nowdays , if seller doesn't look over the transactions, unethical charges been cut from payments, and I am very disappointed beacuse every time when I reach to seller support they ask to prepare a template with order id , tracking I'd , payment , date , isn't it so cheap , why it is not vice versa to seller , in which Amazon forgets to cut the payment from seller , why only a seller has to worried every moment, pls look over it .
