I have two listings with different ASINS that are both castor oil wraps with OIL NOT INCLUDED. They are made of fabric. They do not expire because it is fabric. Initially, the listing was correct. It said under the expired field both "no" and "false." All of the sudden when my product is ready to ship and I need to make a shipping plan, Amazon changes on their end, that it is expirable. On my end, under "Is product expirable?" it is marked as no. In a greyed out field changed by Amazon, it says "true" I will attach a screenshot of that as our product is falsely labeled for no reason, which will affect our business. This needs to be handled immediately as the product is to be shipped within a few days. So the bottom line is, our product DOES NOT EXPIRE. Due to Amazon coding it as true, it is specifying it as expirable. Please help because this will have a great impact on my business and investment, when it is not even a true label.
