Parent Child Listing
Hello,
I am reaching out to any kind-hearted seller on Amazon regarding my issue with one of my product listings. Despite uploading the correct and updated images in Seller Central, the images displayed on the live product detail page remain unchanged and are the same. Each product should have its specific images, but currently, the same images are being shown across multiple listings.
I have already tried the following steps without success:
Re-uploading the correct images
Clearing browser cache and checking from different devices
Waiting more than 24 hours for changes to reflect
I'm humbly asking for advice or guidance on how to solve this problem. Do I have to delete my parent ASIN? Will I be able to keep my child listings alive, or will they get deleted? which shouldn't be because I have stocks coming into these child listings that already have an (inbound" status. Thank you in advance.
