Not able to Upload Digital Signature and while entering GSTIN Number it says invalid

Hi,

Issue 1: I have GSTIN number and when I'm trying to enter, it says the GSTIN number is invalid.

When I contacted seller support, I was told that I am not able to do so as I will need to upload Digital Signature under Tax Information.

I'm trying to upload the digital signature witth the same Pixels of the image, but there is no change on the page.

I have tried contacting Seller support to sort the issue; they are helpless. I have got the stock and not sure what to do with that now as I'm not able to sent it on FBA.

Request your help to get this sorted. Thank you
