Poor Amazon Service and Seller Support

I have been following up with the customer care to pick my company's first order for many days but nobody helped me and finally my customer cancelled the order. And now due to this reason my account health got affected, and Amazon has removed buy button from all my products. Means Amazon made me suffer for their own mistake and poor service. Even after filling the form for cancellation fee reimbursement, their customer support team is saying that you will get the cancellation fee reimburse in 15 days as per Amazon policy and then only your account health will imporove and your products will be start showing the buy button. So for Amazon's poor service and zero control on their team a seller should suffer in multiple way.

Now I got my second order after 4 days, and again I am following up with the customer care from yesterday to pick it, but again no solution. Neither customer care team have any direct contact with pickup team nor they have any solution. I dont know what to do and where to go. I have written the same concern to Amazon's Executive Chairman as well but no solution.
