One of my orders was marked as retuned due to customer has rejected the order. When I got the parcel it was not in secured return tampered proof sheets. I had accepted the order return and while I was opening the parcel I had made a clear video of unboxing the same. The items were completely different from what was ordered. I Filed a Safe-t-claim regarding the same by attaching the required images and videos for the same. Within few minutes of making an appeal the request as been denied by the system saying that as a seller i am misusing the policy against the safe-t-claim filed.

It has been more over a week till now I had shared all the images and videos showing clear shipping label and images of the item received.

Today. I had a word with I had a word with one of Amazon Executive Mr. Vikas from A-Z Claim department. I got to know that this particular Order is a fake order placed from Amazon end with the Name - Yoga & Shipping address - MLL - BLRH S, MANGALURU, KARNATAKA - 575012.

To check that the seller has mentioned the correct product dimensions or not. But, I guess while returning the product there is some mistake done my the team of amazon and pasted the shipping label on different product package.

Due, to which as a Seller I am facing this issue.

The return policy in amazon is so bad & pathetic that anybody can return whatever he/she wants to return by keeping the original product.

Amazon’s Safe t claim is cheating nowadays, even though we provided the video of the unboxing,

They deny the claim and copy paste the same answer again and again without ant justification for any question one happen to ask. Customers gets to keep the product for free and they don’t give seller the claim even after video evidence. The only one who is suffering loss here are sellers.

The system is again & again denying my request for claim approval.
