Recommended replenish qty- No action required

I added this style a few months ago and it has not moved at all. It also does not give me an amount to replenish like it does with my other products. What step should i take? Should i remove my inventory for this SKU? What exactly does no action required mean? I've opened a case with Amazon but it was no help.

Hey there @Seller_TNoRfceTS0Qcc,

Thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums! The "No action required" section of the recommend replenishment quantity column indicates that there is no need to increase the number of units you have in supply (this is tied to the fact that it hasn't moved, as you stated). Additionally, if you click on the drop-down menu under the Action column you can see the various actions you can take with the specific SKU - these vary across several options. If you have questions about any of the actions listed, reply to me here and I would be happy to walk through them. Best of luck to you!
