Cant Close Listing Having Trouble

So I dont get hit with a low inventory fee I want to close the listing. Have had zero stock for months. There is nothing pending to be shipped or returned.

WTFunk Amazon. Your greedy feeds are a total crud show. How can you charge us for low inventory when you dont allow us to close the listing. The button is grayed out.

Hi @Seller_1gSICfZynDifC,

Dominic from Amazon here, you won't get charged a low inventory fee if the item is out of stock. A low-inventory-level fee will only apply if a product’s inventory level relative to historical demand (known as “historical days of supply”) is below 28 days.

Best,

Dominic

The low inventory is tacked onto the FBA per unit fulfilment fee once a unit is fulfilled. If you have no stock, nothing pending shipment, you aren't going to get charged a fee if you are totally out of stock.

Once you send stock back in for sale, yes, if you don't send in enough for 28 days historical.
