AMAZON KEEPS LOOSING OUR INVENTORY - WHY IS THERE NO ACCOUNTABILITY???

PLEASE HELP TO ESCALATE CASE# 17424402491 & CASE # 17256343251. AMAZON KEEPS LOOSING OUR INVENTORY - WHY IS THERE NO ACCOUNTABILITY???

Shipment of 150 units was delivered on Feb 14th at 3;35 pm at Homestead FL Amazon Warehouse. We call Amazon multiple times and were told that the units will update on March 16th. But the shipment was closed with missing units.

CAN SOMEONE HELP TO PLEASE ESCALATE THIS TO SPECIALIST TEAM!!!!

THIS IS OUR THIRD SHIPMENT THAT AMAZON HAD LOST FOR SAME ASIN. EARLIER 2 SHIPMENTS with 300 UNITS are LOST FOR THE SAME ASIN See CASE # 17256343251.

Why is there no accountability, as a small business - we cannot afford to lose 450 Units. PLEASE HELP!!!! WE ARE TIRED OF TEMPLATED MESSAGES FROM SUPPORT TEAM WITHOUT ANY RESOLUTION.

After reviewing the two cases provided, it appears the Seller Support team is pending documentation from you that shows proof of ownership. You will need to add documentation showing proof of ownership on your open cases for the shipments in question, so that the Seller Support team can begin their investigation.

Proof of purchase needs to be the original invoice from the supplier or manufacturer and needs to include:

  1. Date of the purchase
  2. Product names of the missing items
  3. Quantity purchased

Please ensure to provide invoices for all units that you sent in the shipments with discrepancies.

If you are the manufacturer of the products in question, you can send a copy of the signed packing slip. The packing slip must include:

  1. Packing list date
  2. Shipment or purchase order ID
  3. Product names of the missing items
  4. Quantity shipped
  5. Manufacturer signature or stamp

I hope this information points you in the right direction to begin the shipment investigation process with the Seller Support team!
