Amazon's seller support
I am tired of trying to talk with Amazon's seller support, it seems like all over 95% of the reps have no clue what they are talking about and they keep answering off of a template while most of the times i is not even the right template!
Why a huge company like Amazon isn't making sure their support team knows the system better than the sellers and knows how to solve sellers problems ?
I have way too many examples for a very bad support experiences but the one that just made me write this post is really showing the little to no understanding of the system and basic English.
I have again fake product reviews on one of my listings, after reporting them a few times I have decided to try and talk to Amazon's seller support, I got to an agent named Satyam, I have explained the problem and showed proof and to verify he understands the problem he asked me if I am talking about a feedback removals, I told him that it is not a seller feedback but a product review, he started to answer me off of a template on how to remove seller feedback, when I said again that this is a product review and not a seller feedback and this is the wrong information he just kept sending information about seller feedback and nothing about product reviews.
To close things off Satyam decided to end the chat without answering me on anything and not transferring my case to a supervisor leaving me with no answer and no one else to talk to.
While I know Amazon isn't removing product reviews 99% of the time I am sure these reviews are fake as the accounts that left these reviews got deleted/ banned and in these cases Amazon, most of the time are removing the fake reviews.
As mentioned above I have tried to remove these reviews by reporting them but it seems it only made the accounts leaving the reviews to get banned without removing the review, what do you guys do to avoid such situations and how can I make sure these reviews will get deleted?
We have finally gotten enough stock to register our product to Vine and these 2 reviews are pushing us over 30 reviews on the product which prevents us from doing so!

Hello @Seller_PcxkKtzwAsh9q- and thanks for sharing this experience with our support team.
If you have a moment to share the case ID associated with that conversation, I'd like to take a closer look at it from my end to help address coaching opportunities as appropriate. I also wanted to make sure you had this post, which details the process and pathways for surfacing product reviews for potential removal, though it doesn't guarantee they will be removed. Let me know if you have any further questions after taking a read through, thanks!
