FBA Shipment lost again, now in OKC2. This problem has started happening too often over the past year

So, I sent 2 heavy items in one box to OKC2 (FBA ID:FBA17QW8R3MC). Made photos of the product with labels on them. photo of the box with FBA label on it, photo with address

Delivery by USPS which was signed by an Amazon employee (P Amazon), delivered to the correct address, with the correct weight - all this information is available in USPS proof of delivery

BUT Amazon for more than a month doesn't Checked-In it I opened an investigation (case ID 15027924251) attached all possible proof :Packing List ,Shipping receipt,USPS Proof of Delivery,2 foto of package (outside and inside the box) - type of box in which this 2 SKU was sent, maybe this will help find,foto of fba label on the package.

And after 2 weeks of waiting I received such a template response from Amazon "When we receive shipments with quantity discrepancies, we automatically initiate a review on your behalf for the items. As part of this review, we perform a second, physical count to reconfirm the quantity of the items received. Items are marked "Investigation Completed–shipment contents counted and confirmed" when we have completed the review.We have completed an additional check in response to your request. We have no record of receiving the following expected items" ..

Who at Amazon could sign and accept the delivery, but then...the box just disappeared

Unfortunately, such problems are occurring much more often in the last year.

For example you can look at FBA ID:FBA179TYXCNC - it was also lost by Amazon, no Checked-In. After investigation I received a reimbursement, and after 4 months one of 2 ASIN added to my inventory (they found it...)

Terrible warehouse work, they lose our products.

Who will be responsible for this ?

Any help with FBA ID:FBA17QW8R3MC will be great
