why is amazon trying to fix something that is not broken? Im having such a hard time printing my shipping labels, my labels are not printing the correct way after I installed that new program that they insisted we use and sometimes they dont print at all. Help

I havent seen any new way to print shipping labels. I just use an old HP laserjet with UPS supplied 2 per sheet labels. THat way I get the packing slip and label all in 1 shot.

I try to use as few Amazon-engineered widgets as possible. So I personally would never download their "print connect" or whatever it's called.
Unless you're talking about something different, we do not "have" to use it.

Hey @Seller_GyY8kLnCdVxVn, are you referring to QZ tray? There is a couple trouble shooting tips on that help page I linked. You may need to open a case with Seller Support.
