Hello, so recently I've been seeing many replacements issued by Amazon along with a refund for the same order. I have no idea whether the original items have been returned or where they are. I can't even count the loss at this point. Can I cancel the replacement option as an FBA for my inventory?

I have no idea whether the original items have been returned or where they are.
Have you pulled the Replacements report to learn more about these units, and why they were returned?
