How to list a product under a new brand without brand registry?
I currently have 1 brand that is registered for brand registry. I'm working on a new product that would be under a new brand.
How exactly do I list this product (For "Brand B") under the same account before registering the new brand for brand registry? My trademark attorney says to wait until the product is for sale before registering it for a trademark, therefore I can't sign up for brand registry until after I post it for sale, but I want this product to be separated from my current store. What do I do?

First is it an entirely different product and category? If it is you can have a different store to sell it.
Having said that, congratulations on having an attorney that is actually proactive and not just a fee repository.
If you list first register later AMAZON will force you to GENERIC for the brand and every scam artist with access to equipment will be copying your item within about 60 seconds.
Some old coot once said "patience is a virtue" but they obviously never had a hot fudge sundae melting in front of them..............

Hello @Seller_V7f5QD17axQJ3- thanks for sharing this question to forums! I see the other seller in this thread already offered some helpful context. I wanted to chime in to advise confirm the 'list first, register later' type approach would force the product into a Generic category, without the protections offered by being brand registered.
Ultimately, it will be up to you and your business needs if you'd like to do list the item within 'Generic' at the onset, and look to become brand registered later, or if it does make sense to pursue the trademark now before any sales are made.
As other sellers chime in with their opinions, and you ponder your next move, please let me know if I can help answer any further questions!
Best,
Danny
