Hello Team Amazon,

Order is packed and kept ready since 13th morning,

The pick-up agent has not picket the shipment, has reported saying address not found in the seller central. The agent did not call us to check,

We are trying to reach the agent through the contact number shared in order management and we are not getting any response.

Can someone from Team Amazon act on this please.
