HIJACKERS AGAIN ON MY BRAND

I have had hijackers take over my listing 6 times in the last two weeks. They somehow remove my units I have evidence of an OUT OF STOCK warning. They come in and post their units and now AS THE BRAND OWNER they have the buy box even though I am the brand owner AND my price is lower than theirs

How can I stop this happening. I am branded my TM is not approved yet but was processed in March 2023

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Seller Forums. I see that you filed 2 cases with Selling Partner Support about this issue. The outcome of both cases was to report the possible abuse through the Report a Violation tool.

To report this possible violation, from the "Performance" drop-down menu choose "Account Health" and click "Report abuse." Select the most appropriate option and enter any relevant details. Be sure to include the following information, if applicable:

  • The ASIN/ISBN of the item's detail page and the product title
  • The store or business name of the seller you are reporting
  • Your order ID [include this if appropriate]
  • A concise explanation of the violation

For a direct link to report a violation, go to Report abuse.

Additionally, here is the help page on the Report a Violation tool.

Lastly, you have the option of reporting a violation if you are Brand Registered. Here is a post my fellow Community Manager @Sandy_Amazon crafted on How to Report a Violation through Amazon Brand Registry.
