Category Approval Required
Hey Guys!
Need some help. As a brand enrolled into Brand Registry, we are running into an issue when trying to list our new product. Upon the initial listing creation, we are getting hit with an error that is making our listing "inactive" within Amazon. We are being prompted to request selling approval in order for our listing to go live, but upon going to the screen, in order to make that request - we have been met with the error message "we are not accepting applications to sell".
This is a protein supplement product so I understand the category being initially gated. We originally reached out to Brand Registry Support for help but was directed to reach out to Seller support instead.
Any guidance or support you can provide here would be great!!

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, Amazon has implemented additional restrictions for ingestible brands, a.k.a dietary supplements. I do see that you're brand-registered for the product you're trying to list. I've gone ahead and contacted my partner team and requested their assistance with reviewing this issue.
