Brand approval automatic rejection in 30 seconds
i am trying to list a product and i have wholesale combined purchase invoice from a reputed distributor which is B&H photo video
I have the invoice and I’m trying to apply to sell
However every time i get rejected within 30 seconds and am I receiving this email from amazon
what to do in this case, even amazon support is telling we can’t help
I have lost faith and cancelled my $39 subscription as i was not getting appropriate support and started selling on ebay and etsy

B&H is not a wholesaler. They sell to the public.

Good Afternoon @Seller_g05fxJ5sapQ52 , the team reviewing your case followed up with me and is denying your brand application at this time.
If you would like to appeal their decision, you need to:
- You must provide an invoice that reflects your business name and address listed as the buyer.
- Also provide an invoice issued within the last 180 days or an invoice that shows that the products have been shipped within the last 180 days.
