Amazon UK Medical Device Compliance Issue

Hello,

I sell a tens machine manufactured in China and imported to the UK for sale on .co.uk. This is the only market I sell on.

We've been selling for 3 months and have been doing really well. All of a sudden, we've been hit with a product safety and restricted item violation.

Seller support have been as helpful as a fart in a lift, as usual. I just get an automated reponse which doesn't explain what happened, or what I need to do to fix it.

I am begging someone on here to help explain what is needed to fix this violation. I have the "C E" markings on the packaging, but amazon seem not to care about it.

If someone could help me, it would mean the world.

We were hit with a few on items that were not medical devices. We were asked to provide proof that they weren't medical devices, when asked how we do this we were to told to provide the compliance data to prove that they didn't need or have compliance data

I just gave up in the end.
