Charges Refund Commission but Buyer mentioned Reason of refund is order not received. Its is an FBA order and Amazon shipped and delivered to buyer and buyer claimed that he havent received the package but why amazon charges us the refund commision, If any quality issues with the product its oki to charge a refund commission but product is shipped from FC of Amazon.

For the resason below amazon charged us.
