All my Funds are In account level Reserve for 2 weeks
All my Funds are In account level Reserve for 2 weeks. I've been selling on Amazon since 2017. This is the first time I've had this problem
This is the case ID : 14894338111 I opened this case on 5th March but still no answer was given.
My account is not deactivated but I was told that I needed a video call so I made an appointment but then again I was told that I don't need any video calls and they said all money in holding was released on 1st March but 2 weeks passed still I cannot request any payments. All the money is in account level reserve.
I used to request payment every single day and right now I can't request any.
This is too serious problem. I really need this money to pay my bills. Please help.

Thank you for your post. My apologies on the frustration. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks. Please click HERE for more common reasons for the holds.
