Account Level Reserve Noet Getting Payments
I am having all my new sales payments put into account level reserve and am not sure why as I have had no returns, no late deliveries or any issues at all? I have opened a case but no response as yet. Very frustrated as a small handmade business that I am not receiving my money.

Are you using an Amazon integrated tracking courier? If Amazon can't validate the deliveries, it will get put into reserve for 3 weeks.

My first few orders were paid correctly but now every order I get is going straight to account level reserve

Same here, I started a thread about it a few days ago. There have also been other sellers reporting the same thing. Asked for mod help on my own thread and another, and so far haven't received any. It's killing us and we've had to put our store on vacation as we can't risk not having the money available. And of course right before we ramp up for the holiday season. Seller support cases have gone unanswered, account health is perfect, no performance notifications or anything out of the ordinary. All sales going into reserve.

Hello there @Seller_zsh6VjpmqtlqV
My name is CR and wanted to hop in here to see if I could be of support here. I apologize for the frustration caused and hoping I can get you some details to what is going on here.
It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks. Typically any funds held notifications will be sent to you via the performance notifications - have you made sure to check there as well?
Would you mind sharing this case # and any other recent case #'s you have opened for this? I'd be happy to review your issue in more detail there and read through any correspondence provided.
I'll hang tight here for your reply.

Unfortunately this is part of selling on Amazon. We've been here 14 years and they use to pay you as items were shipped but because of lack of due diligence when onboarding new accounts and unscrupulous sellers, we are all punished with rolling balances and a 7-day waiting period before sales his net revenue. At any given moment, Amazon is holding 50% of our revenue every single month. I wish the government would look at this practice but we've seen nothing yet. One good thing about "the other" marketplace is they have automatic early payouts and always pay based on what was shipped within your pay period.

Or.......just call and ask why. Ask for an investigation in your payment. Didn't get paid first 6 mos. They did not know why I wasn't being paid. Been paid ever since.

post.same is happening to me. It appears to be caused by deferred Payments.

I am having the same problema for 8 weeks in a row, and I am tired to open tickets to support for any hepl. I don't know if its a coinsidance or not but since I got out of stock, Amazon start to put all my biweekly funds into account level reserve. Yes it is frustrated.

how ironic. since this post I have $1500 in reserve. after stumbling on sellerboard, I realized they are keeping the amount equal to refunds for the past 60 days. Didn't even know i had that many. bummer. Had almost 10k in sales for reference
