Cheated by amazon .. no one is responsible for my loss
We have sold almost 40-50 smartphones in a month and from those sold items 10 order has been rejected by buyers and we still have note received the product and amazon has changed the status as returned to seller . now amazon is not refunding our product money back or product . calling seller support from 25 days but they have only one answer : we can raise your concern further we don’t have any permission to do .
so wait wait and wait … .
this is a fraud openly .
i request you to please don’t sell on amazon and don’t waste your time .

We also sell Mobiles Phones,
Around 30 Orders which were rejected by Customers has been updated as returned to seller,
We have not received a single unit ,
Big Frauds,
Safe T claims has been Rejected stating that these were delivered to us,
I have been contacting amazon for POD but no reply yet

It’s almost 2 months since 5 of my costly products were returned to me under MFN gold program. Then suddenly I noticed that the status of these returns were “Returned to seller”. I still waited for 2-3 days after this status but didn’t get them. I immediately contacted seller support and they suggested me to file Safe-t claim.
After filing Safe-t claim they are sending me repeated mails that the returns are delivered and claim getting denied every time. I am now in very puzzled and disturbing situation. My products are gone, refunds already taken from my account, facing 100% loss. Each product were around 2.5k cost.
In frustration I have drafted a mail reply for Safe-t team mentioned below, please suggest me should I send it or not:
"I understand you are strictly comply with the delivery status without considering my appeal of not getting the returned product. But can’t you notice I am trying to contact you again and again regarding the same issue. What you people are doing just sitting there and copy pasting the template mails without digging into the actual matter or investigating this issue.
Are we sellers mad who are sending you mails again and again on same issue? If we are believing that there is some hope for the help contacting you that’s why we are trying to approach and you are just ignoring us anyhow.
We are not receiving our costly products from your ATS team and getting false status updates of delivered to seller. We are shouting, suffering and pleading in front of you and you so called Safe-T not even trying to understand the situation and trusting the false status updates.
This is now seriously unbearable and disturbing from each and every side of Amazon. ATS is stealing our valuable products and Amazon is helping them to do so maybe to fulfil fraud customers wishes and demands. This is real proof of e-commerce fraud companies AMAZON. "
Amazon is now acting like GUNDA RAAJ for sellers and forcefully stealing our hard earned money and harassing. I have lot of frustration inside me now. This is not the first time. Previously when Amazon forcefully implied Runway program to easy ship sellers then return rated suddenly increased. To overcome this situation I have opted out from easy ship and started self shipped through Fedex.
I used to do my work with full dedication and making my buyers 100% satisfied from my products and services. I always believed in good relationship and doing very well in this work. Then suddenly this MFN came and the whole work got trembled. And now seller support is no more helpful in any matter.
