How/Where do I get help?
All day I have been trying to fix an Amazon problem. There is no response on forums which tells me that people don't use the forums. Phone calls are not allowed to Handmade, Chat doesn't work - no response. I have talked to an Assistant but she does not specialize in Handmade and was not able to help me. I am really frustrated. I have been selling here since 2004. In the "olden" days the Forums were quite helpful. I really hate to end my business now. I have been rather proud to be able to navigate Amazon and sell my product over the years. It would not hurt so much if there was no demand for my product. But I do still have sales in spite of Amazon eliminating descriptions of my product and pointedly advertising "free returns." Now they have even made it impossible for me to return items by blocking my verified address.

Have you opened a support case with your problem setting return authorizations?
I am going to close this thread, but can an you provide more details in that thread, including who the assistant is?
