Two-step verification account recovery issue
Hello,
This seems like a common problem on this form...
The phone number tied to our company's two-step verification for our primary account belongs to an employee that no longer works with the company. I've submitted multiple proofs of verification but Amazon has not responded. My account has been deactiviated and I need to fix this issue ASAP.
Can someone please help?

Do you have any case IDs at all from seller support about this issue?
Also, have you tried using this form? If you haven't, please submit the login issue by selecting "I cannot login to my Amazon Seller Central account", from there include the two-step verification issue so that our tech team can take action on this.
