I’ve submitted appeals multiple times to request removal, but we've had no luck. Why isn’t Amazon adhering to its own policy? Isn’t this very obvious? I understand if the customer is submitting this as feedback, but this is NOT a product review and does not help people understand the product.
kindly advise.

Hello @Seller_46pj8ASPGNFar,
My Name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and are you submitting your requests to remove the feedback via the feedback manager dashboard? If so, great, this is the only place where you can request feedback removal as stated in the Request removal of feedback help page.
Feedback will only be removed if falls into 3 specific areas which are listed in the Can Amazon remove buyer feedback? help page.
I am not on that team, but in my opinion, this feedback does not fall into those 3 specific reasons to remove the feedback. Since it mentions it was damaged when it arrived, you can request Striking of feedback. Those parameters are also listed in the Can Amazon remove buyer feedback? help page.
In addition, please note that removal requests must be made within 90 days of the feedback submission.
Hope this helps and please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best, Dougal
