"Other" Fees Help

I am having trouble understanding my statement and Amazon support is not being helpful either.

What fees fall under "Other" ? For fees my statement shows refunded sales, promo rebates, FBA fees, advertising, and Amazon fees. Under Amazon fees, it says subscription fees and "other" and doesn't let me click it for an explanation. The amount is very high so I'm concerned. I've been selling for a while and never seen it this high before.

I attempted to download the report and the expenses don't even match the expenses shown on the payments dashboard so it's hard to tell what's going on. Any idea what these fees could be?

From past posts, it appears that Amazon won't be much help when it comes to this, (as you've now discovered). Maybe the Rep is unable to see what it pertains to, which is hard to believe that they can't view the full transaction/history for a specific charge/refund amount.

This has been brought up many times in the forum; sellers have the right to know what a charge is pertaining to.

We had 3 in the past month.

↑ The $193.92 credit was from a wonderful customer who called Customer Support and gave them permission to recharge their credit card. The package was MIA for almost a month, and it finally showed up. How nice was that!

Anyway, the credit amount does not have any info attached, nor does the $27.00 debit amount, which must be the per unit sold fee as it was done on the same day.

I figure the $0.46 must be a shipping adjustment charge, but again, no order ID. So I looked at the tractions for that day, ↓ and my best guess is that it's related to the label/order that shows above it. I don't know why it would've been adjusted, but it's such a small one-off amount that it's not worth wasting time on it.

You will have to do some investigating/digging and see if you can find out what it's related to.

You say it's a large amount, so if you're unable to figure it out, open another case using this path: → Get Support > Account Fees. The case should go to a different department that may be able to access more info. Use the email option instead of a callback and attach a screenshot of the amount in question; hopefully, that will help.

I'm in the same boat. In the last couple of weeks I have almost $700 in "Other" fees and no idea what they are for, and I can't find any mention of them when I look at the reports. All the reports seem to show me is any positive Other fees, but it doesn't show me the negative Other fees. I really need to be able to figure out what this large amount is for. I suppose I'll need to open a case as Medic suggests when I get a chance and hopefully I can get to the bottom of it. I'm not doing any advertising, so that can't be it, and it doesn't appear to be shipping corrections as I don't think those show up under "Other".
