Hello,

As a foreign entity based in Canada and selling in the US, we registered the company also in the US in 2023 based on the tax provider recommendations.

Beside the regular sales tax filing in the US my question is, since I'm filing my yearly income tax and paying taxes in Canada, do we have also to file annual income tax in the US ? And if so, do we have to pay income tax in the US as well since it's a foreign entity ?
