Brand Registry request listed as "Answered" but with no reply

Hello,

For my case ID: 15868967561, I applied to register my brand on brand registry. Image attached. Did it get approved? I am unable to apply again, because now my brand shows "pending". There is no support on brand registry I can reach out to because it shows I do not have a brand enrolled. I'm hoping to get Amazons attention here to help me. I'm launching a fall/winter product, and need this urgently [Moderator Edit: removed personal information]

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to explain. It isn't really that clear, but in the enrollment process there is a point where the current application case ID closes and a new case ID opens as the application progresses from one step to the final one.

Typically there is very little lag time and ideally you are getting that new case really quickly after the 1st one closes (this doesn't always happen), but as I see you responded to the new case already, you are aware.

Also, CONGRATULATIONS on your brands enrollment in Amazon Brand Registry!!!!
