customer ordered 20 quantities. I contacted the customer called him 20 times he did not answer. The address was incomplete. It was his name and a nearby landmark only nothing else. I contacted seller support submitted a suspicious order. Case ID 10699562002. They asked me to ship the order. I told them that it’s a clear case of fraud and the customer will keep return the order by saying he did not get the product and he can also write a negative feedback. Seller support asked me to ship the order or I will have to pay cancellation charges. I shipped the order thinking maybe the customer is buying this much quantity for resales. Customer returned the order by saying he received only 1 quantity and also left a negative feedback. Amazon is not doing anything customers are looting sellers.
