"Tombstoned/Discontinued Listing???" Customer Support NOT helpful
I sell a handmade decorative mask cover for N95 masks. It is regularly removed from Amazon because they (incorrectly) say that it is an unregistered restricted PPE product. Usually, I do 8 to 10 back-and-forth messages with support (which means that the product is not available for a month at a time). This time, after saying that they would reinstate, and then sending me information for an entirely different ASIN (that is a rattan basket - not even mine!), then asking me to "provide the browse path or browse node id" (Had to google that one) they are saying that the product has been "tombstoned" because "it is incomplete or that it has not had any active offers" for the last thirty days, and they are telling me I need to re-post the listing.
When I go to the "Removed Products" area in Inventory, I can edit the listing, but it does not post - but I know the listing still exists in the ether somewhere.
I don't want to re-post, as I will lose my sales history...and it's a popular product for the immunocompromised, who have set up links from their Twitter, Facebook groups, etc.
I can't see to get any help. Any ideas? Handmade Support? Anybody?
Thanks in advance for any help.
