Question About Charge – Already Downgraded from Professional Plan
Hello,
I saw a charge of $74.81 on my seller account, and I believe it may be for the Professional Selling Plan.
However, I already downgraded to the Individual Plan, so I’m not sure why I was still charged.
Could you please check my account and confirm what the charge is for? If it was for the Professional Plan after my downgrade, I would like to request a refund.
