What's wrong with Amazon FBA centers?

This issue concerns the Amazon Fulfillment Center. Previously, I utilized ATS to send shipments to FBA. However, there was consistently an issue with the quantity of items. The fulfillment center frequently claimed that the items were short shipped and rejected my claim for the missing items. I suspected that the issue may lie with ATS, so I decided to ship the items myself. The first time I did so, the fulfillment center received the full quantity. However, in the current situation, they only received 179 items out of 193. I am now completely certain that the items are present in the fulfillment center because I personally monitored and handed over the packages myself. If they allow me to search for my products in the fulfillment center, I am confident I will find them (unless someone took them home). They have requested that I wait for 14 days, and although 8 days have already passed, it is unlikely that they will now scan my remaining packages. Therefore, the question is whether we should stop selling through FBA.

Hi,
So you send through a different service and still had the same problem of missing items? Then this should be the warehouse guys.
Mine happened in Amazon warehouse CCU1 and I was thinking to send through another service.

Amazon’s quality has dropped a lot in all sections, and the only thing going up is the price charged by Amazon. Amazon was very much reliable and trusted earlier. Not sure what happened recently though.

We were in a similar situation. Qty of Products sent as per us were apparently wrong and the way Amazon Team counted was the only right (sarcasm). They are scamming the hell out of sellers. They tend to have the last word

Guys, I’m worried, but the qualities are updated, faith restored.
