For the last few days, One of my product has been missing prime badge even though it is FBA available

I do not believe it is related to inventory quantity because I have products that are less quantity in stock but still have prime badge

amazon seller support is no help just like usual

what could it be related to? what is the cause of this issue?

tips on getting prime badge back would be appreciated
