Tax Invoice not generating

Hi,

the invoice is not dowlaoding form the order panel. When click on "print tax invoice" an error shows " You season has been logged out on the page. Please re-login to continoue. " Tried multiple timed but it's not resolving. conatcted with your key account manager but not yet resolved .
