Buyer returning due to item showing up late ... but
They ordered it yesterday, the 9th of July and I shipped it the 9th of July. I had until today to ship out but didn't wait that long as I try to do same day if possible. Now, before she's even received it, she started a return stating that it arrived too late. It will be there in plenty of time within the window timeframe Amazon promised based on when I ship. How can someone return something when it just shipped yesterday and obviously not there yet? I obviously feel like this is buyers remorse but what are my options as I'll now have to pay shipping both ways, or will I get refunded for that if it shows up within the window since she chose "item arrived too late" ... I've just had a few of these recently and they're big Wawona tents so not cheap to ship. Thank you friends!

If you shipped it, then she will have to return it. Once you receive it back, can you charge a restocking fee to cover shipping?

Thanks for the post @Seller_8aM8GR4vMHmmi- it looks like @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9offered some good insight on this thread around charging a restocking fee, as did @Roberto_Amazonon your original thread on this topic.
