Amazon charging cancellation fees for buyer cancellation (without any notification)
Please check if Amazon has charged cancellation fee for Buyer cancellation on your account. We had a buyer cancelled order and Amazon has charged us the cancellation fee without notifying us (no email or performance or cancellation alerts). It will just be in the transactions for the order (in payments page)
You will not receive any notification regarding performance issues on cancellation, but Amazon will charge you the money for the order cancellation.

yes happened to me as well. it is not for buyer cancellation though.
the oder was a same day shipping order.. but the amazon easyship pickup guy did not come, so it auto cancelled. since it was not a buyer cancellation , they automatically deducted for no fault of mine. so i have raised support ticket
