My shipping template in shipping settings are getting turned off automatically

So what happens is, if this is turned off automatically I don't know weather it is turned off or not

so at this mean time all my listings will not be available for buyers

so I will not receive any single orders, I'm not aware about that because it was happened automatically, so when I wondered why there is no orders till morning, then i call seller support then they will say like sir you turned off your template please change back to normal so your listings will get back and you will get the orders ,

okay I accepted this for first time, but after it's been 5 times happened I lost my 200000 of ropes every time I called seller support, the guys who are having only intention to close the case only not to solve my issue

once a time they said this is issue from amazon end so we fixed and it will not happen again like that they told,

suddenly today again my orders are 0 , when i checked same issue, still no cares, every one from seller support wants to had call for one or two hour then they will say sir....!! we'e transfrred your issue to the internal team, you will get the reponse withing 48 hours, then we will wait then i will get a reply like for a youtbe channel or any unwanted amazon documentation, i already sad i had 6+ years of experience in amazon, please don't teach me eveything, i don't want your lecture i need solution , so today is 5th time my shiipping template turned off automatically today also i lost my 6000 ruppes still amazon want me to wait for 24 hours because they want to check, i never ever experienced this much of pathetic and bad experience in my business journey
