Trademark infringement
Amazon accused me of trademark infringement. However, I contacted Amazon about this specific company in mid-February, and I even filed a trademark infringement case against it. I reached out multiple times, but nothing happened.
Two days ago, my ASIN was removed, and the company for which I filed one was hit with a trademark infringement charge. The trademark number is 7047248, owned by IBM. My ASIN is all about snacks and has nothing to do with either company. My ASIN and all of my information to fight this case have been completely deleted.
What do I do?

Thank you for your post. I understand you are dealing with a Trademark issue. Because of the varying appeal paths, can you share the exact wording of the violation itself? This will allow us to better understand the scenario you are facing.
Having said this, you will likely either need to removing the infringing content from the listing, or dispute the violation by providing documentation that shows the trademark in question has not been infringed against.
This is great information. What is the trademark number of your listing? As a part of your dispute, you may be able show a comparison between the two trademarks as a way to show your listing does not infringe upon the listed trademark number. You may also want to consider furnishing additional supplemental information such as invoices and/or a letter of authorization.
If you have already submitted an appeal, and have received a resolution to that review, please share that information here in the thread so we may better assist you with next steps. If there is a review that is currently in progress, we would need to allow our review team to complete their investigation prior to taking further action.
