Utility bill is not being accepted

Hello!

To anyone that can help with a stagnant situation,

My seller central account got deactivated right after registration, followed by an email from Amazon stating that I need to upload a utility bill in one of the supporting languages, to complete the verification process!

I keep receiving the same two messages, either: "Thank you for submitting your appeal. We have received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time." or " We were unable to verify the document provided."

both messages followed by the same list of requirements of personal information and accepted document format, which I have already submitted.

Valid credit card is on file, and I have share bank statements , tax -documents and proof of address. All these documents where accepted, but not the utility bill!

Can someone please share some tips as to what I can do differently?

I uploaded my mobile phone bill recently which have the same address as i have in amazon.

Would really appreciate some feedback,

Utility Bill issues

(Electricity/Water/Gas/Fixed Line Broadband)

1. Clear and color scanned copy (Scan of PRINTED, mailed to you original, not downloaded copy)

2. Include ALL pages

3. Must be in English/ Chinese/ French/ German/ Italian/ Japanese/Portuguese/ Spanish, include notarized translation if in another language

4. Must be issued within the past 90 days

If your utility bill is under another person/ entity name, do submit additional documents to prove the relationship

If your utility bill is under your parents’ name, you will need to submit your parents’ passport details and your Birth Certificate to prove the relationship.

If your utility bill is under your spouse’s name, you will need to submit your spouse’s passport details and your Marriage

Certificate to prove the relationship.

If your utility bill is under your landlord’s name, you will need to submit your landlord’s passport details and your Landlord-Tenant Agreement to prove the relationship.

If your utility bill is under your corporation’s name, you will need to submit your Business License to prove the relationship.

Based off your post, it sounds as though you have recently submitted a new appel using a new type of utility bill. I would advise waiting the outcome of the new appeal where the mobile phone document was submitted.
