Best Selling ASIN Deactivated OVER 1 MONTH, No Reason Given
Our best-selling ASIN has been deactivated suddenly, and no reason was provided. After clicking the appeal button, I'm taken to the Account Health Dashboard, where no policy violations or clear action items appear. The status only states "myp-actions-currently-inactive."
This has been ongoing for over a month now, during which I have actively cooperated and submitted necessary documentation through case submissions. Last week, I received a response under case ID: 16470601971, stating that my ASIN would be restored within two business days. However, more than five business days have passed without any update or resolution. Despite reaching out to Seller Support via the "Contact Us" page, I continue to receive generic responses with no real answers.
The deactivation of this ASIN has had a critical impact on our business operations. This issue needs immediate attention as it affects our ability to meet customer demand and maintain business continuity.

Having similar issues when creating new listings. We receive the same "myp-actions-currently-inactive" as the reasoning for inactive right after creating the listing. I want to say this is an error for the actual message Amazon intends to share as we have gone back into the listing to review and make minor wording adjustments and that seems to have worked for some.

It appears there were 2 ASINs that were being discussed on CASE ID 16470601971.
- ASIN ending in HYKD is unable to be reinstated at this time as: "This product contains false or misleading claims regarding FDA approval, and will not be considered for reinstatement." You can continue to appeal the ASIN by reading more about how the reason for removal on CASE ID 16470601971.
- ASIN ending in FDZL is unable to be reinstated, however, you can relist it on a valid ASIN. Linking the ASIN Creation policy just in case you need it. (This is the same information that was shared to you also on CASE ID ending in 4141)
