Over 1000+ monthly sales no feedback
Why am I not receiving any feedback from customers, despite having over 1000+ monthly order sales? I've set up automated review requests and email reminders, but still haven't received any reviews. I suspect there may be an issue with the Amazon system. Last time, I received another seller's negative feedback because the customer name was different from the one who actually provided the feedback. After I requested the removal of that feedback, it was successfully removed by the support team. Has anyone else experienced not receiving feedback?

When you say automated review requests and email reminders, what do you mean?

I'll help give some insight here without bashing you.
Reviews are hard to come by. We have well over 10,000 orders per month and only receive 80-90 reviews. 80% of those reviews are from 1 product alone. I know it's frustrating, but it very well could be a product that just doesn't get the customer motivated to leave a review. As in, the product arrived on time but not early or maybe something extra was in the box that the customer wasn't expecting.
I'm sure this may not help, but just what I've noticed.

People rarely leave feedback, especially if it's positive. Everyone's guilty of it. When you buy stuff online, you expect a certain standard (on time, undamaged, etc.). People don't usually take time out of their day to leave feedback unless it's to complain about something. 0 out of a thousand is low, but not impossible. I've experienced roughly a 1.5-2% feedback rate across my time as a seller.

No offense but might be the automated requests and e-mail reminders are your downfall.
The average, overall, is one FB every 10 to 15 orders; taking longer at lower volume, which you aren't. Lucky you got AMZ to remove that last feedback. TPTB aren't usually so compliant.
Personally, I almost never leave feedback when requested on-line. Many folks may feel the same- as if being hassled. In my opinion, sellers are better off asking for FB once, enclosed in the order-and no more.

pretty similar here. feedback is basically for someone to leave negative experience no real reason to leave positive.... system needs to change

Think about it from the customer’s perspective, what’s the incentive for him/her to leave a review?
Angry, dissatisfied, wanting a refund but Amazon wouldn't give it, so I can only vent my emotions through comments.
More often than not, customers do not understand the product and think their perspective is correct.
Regarding good reviews, I think it is very rare. It is even harder to get a good review than selling a product.

Frequency of feedback has trended downward year after year, when you think it can't get any worse the next year it does.
Occasionally a seller will have to clarify a point before shipping an order. That means sending an email through Amazon with a subject line about it being an important inquiry about their recent order. From what I can tell virtually no buyer responds to these and probably few even bother to open the email. Given that what chance is there that a buyer will leave feedback on an order?

Hello! @Seller_GCxUlIPErBOdr
This is Roberto. I know this can be frustrating, and it tends to be a slow process to gain positive feedback organically and often difficult to pinpoint why you are not receiving feedback.
Other members have provided you good advice, but I also wanted to leave you a couple of resources that can help you:
How to receive good feedback with customer service
Best practices for reviews and ratings (Video)
Best practices to maintain positive feedback and rating
Best of luck.

While it is true that negative experiences are most likely to produce feedback, low positive feedback rates are another consequence of life on Amazon.
My sales on Ebay are only about 1/10 of what I sell on Amazon, but in the last month, I received 2 FB on Amazon and 20 on Ebay. That means I am getting feedback at a rate of 1% on Amazon that I do on Ebay.
This is not by chance, it is by design.

I have around 50 feedback here for the last year... on etsy I almost 600 feedback same time period. It's a platform thing.
2% feedback is extraordinary here. .05% is probably a more likely rate for most sellers. No feedback is not necessarily a bad thing here. Its when you start getting negatives that you need to worry.
