Product review can not be removed customer order horizontal he left review he wants vertical
we recently got a bad review from a customer.
He ordered the correct items we shipped him the correct one but he left review he didn’t get the one he expected which means for example, he ordered shoes we shipped shoes then he left review complained he didn’t get a piazza, he didn’t order a piazza why should we ship him a piazza.
Opened a case with Amazon. But the team keep copying and pasting the same reply ask us to submit a report button again and again.
And we submitted report button many times no reply. They didn’t even check what we asked for…
This is very frustrating that why a customer can write whatever he wants to write but we could not get the review removed.
