Listing Variation Theme Issue

Dear Amazon Team,

I have created 10-20 support cases to correct the variation theme, but I don't think the Amazon Support Team has sufficient knowledge to do so.

Today, I must say that Amazon support is unhelpful for sellers.

Hello,

Once a variation has been created the variation theme cannot be changed. In order for you to change the variation theme you will need to delete the variation and recreate it with the correct theme. Please ensure that you have noted all the product IDs for each ASIN before deleting. This will allow you to match to the existing ASINs and keep any product reviews they may have received.
